  • Mapped the assessment process and designed the key process elements.
  • Designed an integration process to incorporate results from a third-party assessment centre provider.
  • Designed the feedback process including templates in order to provide consistent feedback to the CEO and facilitate decision making.
  • Conducted behavioural event style interviews, interpreted assessment results, formulated recommendations and compiled the final reports.
