- Developed a talent assessment process to support a major company re-positioning and subsequent re-structure of the senior executive team.
- Mapped the assessment process and designed the key process elements.
- Designed an integration process to incorporate results from a third-party assessment centre provider.
- Designed the feedback process including templates in order to provide consistent feedback to the CEO and facilitate decision making.
- Conducted behavioural event style interviews, interpreted assessment results, formulated recommendations and compiled the final reports.
